Rental Facilities

Power Ranch has a wide range of facilities available for residents to rent. Check out the online magazine for more information on facilities, rates, and insurance requirements.

Rental Timeline 

If space is available, facilities can be reserved online up to 72 hours before the event date. 


Rental Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve and book the facility for the event. This is charged immediately and held until after the event. This is deposit does not cover the expense of the hourly fee. The deposit is refunded if the event space is cleaned and returned to its original position, check in and check out was approved by Ground Services, and there was no damage.

Rental Payment
It is your responsibility to change the payment amount on the website to include the rental fees or make an additional payment for the rental fees separately.

The entire rental payment must be paid in full 30 days before the event. If this does not happen, the reservation is dropped without warning, and someone else can take the date. Payment can be made online with a credit or debit card (see info below), or with cash in the association office located in the Carriage House at 4546 E. Haven Crest Drive, during business hours. If paying with a check, the reservation must be paid in full at least 30 days before the event date.

Paying Balance Online
To pay a rental balance, log in to your account, click on the MY ACCOUNT button on the top right of the screen. 

Cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to abarrett@ccmcnet.com. A $25 cancellation fee is deducted from the security deposit when an event is canceled. However, if the event is canceled 30 days or less prior to the event, 10% of the rental fee is deducted in addition to the $25 cancellation fee.

No refunds due to inclement weather.
