Make a Reservation Online

Facilities are available to rent by Power Ranch Community Residents OnlySoccer fields and Softball fields are available to rent by residents and non-residents (fees apply). 

Residents of the surrounding apartments may utilize our outdoor facilities that do not require an amenity card to access.

Reservations may be made online 24/7.  To make a reservation please visit our secure rental site here and 
click on the MY ACCOUNT button on the top right of the screen. 

If you do not have an account please follow the "create an account" link and allow 24 - 48 hours for processing.  AFTER you receive a notice of your approved account request you can log in and complete your reservation request.  


All rental facilities require a refundable security deposit due at the time of booking (fees vary).  This deposit is in addition to any rental cost or administrative fees.

Rental Timeline 
If space is available, facilities can be reserved online up to 72 hours before the event date and up to 363 days in advance.

Rental Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at time of booking.  This deposit does not cover the expense of the hourly rental fee. The homeowner is responsible for ensuring their renal fees are paid in full 30 days prior to event or the reservation may be cancelled and/or incur late fees.
The security deposit is refunded 48 - 72 hours after the event, additional processing time may occur if the event falls over a holiday weekend.  The deposit is refunded in full only if the event space is cleaned and returned to its original position, check in and check out was approved by Ground Services, and there was no damage.  

Rental Payment
It is your responsibility to change the payment amount on the website to include the rental fees or make an additional payment for the rental fees separately.  Payment can be made online with a credit or debit card (see info below), or with a check or cashiers check in the association office located in the Carriage House at 4546 E. Haven Crest Drive, during regular business hours.
The entire rental payment must be paid in full 30 days before the event. Any reservations not paid in full 30 days prior to the event will expire and be cancelled in the system without warning.  Any cancelled/expired reservations will then be open back to the community for booking. 

Paying Balance Online

To pay a rental balance, log in to your account, click on 'PAY ON ACCOUNT' link.

Cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to abarrett@ccmcnet.com.  Please include your permit #, date of event and name of event. A $25 cancellation fee is deducted from the security deposit when an event is canceled. However, if the event is canceled 30 days or less prior to the event, 10% of the rental fee is deducted in addition to the $25 cancellation fee.  No refunds due to inclement weather.
