All Power Ranch residents are welcome to visit any of the parks located in the heart of each neighborhood. Each offers different recreational features including playgrounds,

The Ranch House Clubhouse, Carriage House & Community Park
A 7.5 acre Community Park offers outdoor activities for the whole family. Residents enjoy the 2.2 acre catch and release fishing lake with wooden pier and lakeside trail, splash fountain, 25-meter swimming pool, and shallow play pool, with convenient poolside restrooms. The park also features a children’s playground, full basketball court, sand volleyball court, grassy play areas, picnic ramadas with barbeques, an event pavilion and a 10-acre soccer complex with three different fields. The 4000 sq . ft. newly renovated Ranch House Clubhouse. The association offices are located inside the Carriage House at 4546 E Haven Crest Dr.
The Barn & Trailside Community Park
The new 7.3 acre Trailside Community Park is the site of a second community clubhouse, pool, 2-acre catch and release fishing lake, lakeside trail with sidewalks linking up with a greenbelt trail and two shaded picnic pavilions. The Barn, a new 7600 sq . ft. clubhouse, has a large meeting room, catering kitchen, and extensive storage facilities as well as a large event lawn for special events directly outside the rear doors. The 773 sq . ft. resort-style pool features a shallow play end for children with whimsical water-squirting flowers, a section for water volleyball as well as a deeper pool section and poolside restroom building.
Soccer Park Complex
10 acre Soccer complex offers three fields: U10 Regulation, U12 Regulation, and Adult/Amateur as well as an Event Pavilion. The fields are reservable through the rental tab.
Mountain View Park
Sissoo trees and Petite Pink Oleander shrubs grace the Mountain View Park, which features a greenbelt, picnic tables, barbeque grills, park benches, and shade armadas. The highlight of the park is its playground, with a play structure, spring bouncers, super scoop, swing set, and see saw .
The Groves Park
The Groves Park caters to sports enthusiasts with a full basketball court and two sand volleyball courts. In addition, it offers picnic tables, barbeque grills, park benches and a shade ramada, with a backdrop of Velvet Mesquite Trees and Chihuahan Sage shrubs. A play structure is located in a nearby greenbelt park.
The Oaks Park
At the Oaks Park, alive with Live Oak trees and Desert Ruellia shrubs, residents mingle at the picnic tables, barbeque grills, park benches, and shade ramada. Family fun includes a full basketball court, spring bouncers and play structure. A turf volleyball court is available for play in the nearby greenbelt.
The Vineyards Park
The Vineyards Park offers a multi-use turf sports field, play structure, spring seesaw, spring bouncer, tetherball, learning wall , picnic tables, barbeque grills, park benches and shade armadas, surrounded by Evergreen Elm or Southern Live Oak trees and Silvery Cassia and Trailing Rosemary shrubs. Another play structure is located in the nearby greenbelt.
The Orchard Park
The Orchard Park features a multi-use turf sports field with terraced grassy seating, a shaded overlook and double-curved trellis. A play structure, swings, spring rider, picnic tables and benches, Willow Acacia trees and Outback Cassia shrubs overlook the park.
The Arbors Park
The Arbors Park sports double tennis courts, a multi-use play field, and shade structures. Willow Acacia trees and Silvery Cassia shrubs overlook a play structure, spring rider, turbo climber and swings.
Meadow View Park
The Meadow View Park has a double overlay basketball court, multi-use turf sports field, shade ramada with picnic tables, barbeque grill and park benches. The Meadowside Park in the nearby greenbelt shows a multi use turf sports field, children’s play structure, shade ramada with picnic tables, barbeque grill, park benches and horseshoe pits. The parks are shaded by Red Push Pistache trees.
The Grange Park
The Grange Park presents a basketball court, shade ramada, playground, picnic tables, park benches and grassy lawn for neighborhood play. The landscaping is highlighted by Phoenix Mesquite trees.
The Willows Park
The Willows Park encircles a turf sports field, volleyball, play structure with swings and riding toys and a climbing wall. A shade ramada with picnic table, barbeque grill, and a park bench rounds out this leisure location. Willow Run Park beckons to families with a half basketball court, multi-use turf play field, picnic table, barbeque grill and park bench. Willow View Park boasts a turf sports field, play structure completed by a shade ramada, picnic table, barbeque grill and park bench. The theme tree is the Sissoo.
The Knolls Park
The Knolls Field Park delights neighbors with a recreational softball field, shade structure, playground, picnic table, barbeque grill, and park bench. Three private pools accessible to Knolls sub-association residents.
The Timbers Park
The Timbers Park provides another neighborhood oasis with a turf sports field, turf volleyball court, climbing wall, swings, riding toys, seesaw and a shade ramada with picnic table, barbeque grill and park bench, surrounded by the Sissoo theme tree.
