By purchasing a home in Power Ranch, residents become members of the Power Ranch Community Association and are responsible for paying quarterly assessments. Assessments are due on Jan. 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct. 1. Assessment rates are subject to change.

Payment methods include: 

Pay by direct debit: The preferred payment method, direct debit allows for payments to be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each quarter. Stop by the Association Office to pick up or download the sign-up form and return it to the office or the address listed on the document. 

Pay in-person: Payments can be made at the Association Office. Accepted forms of payment include cashiers check, personal check and money order only. 

Pay by mail: Payments can be mailed to the address listed on the assessment statement. Please include the detachable coupon portion of the statement. Update your billing address with the online form. 

Pay online: Payments can be made using eCheck, credit card or automatic withdrawal. To access online payments, visit ccmcnet.com

E-Statements: Go paperless and sign up for your assessment statements to be emailed.
