PAINT  APPLICATION PROCESS
Pick a pre-approved scheme, and you do not need to wait for approval. Turn in an application with scheme number noted in the "details" section of the application.

Pick an original/existing paint scheme, and you do not need to wait for approval. Turn in an application with color numbers and names noted in the "detail" section of the application, and a photo of the house in its original state before it is repainted.

Create your own custom scheme, and you must wait for approval from the Design Review Committee. Turn in the completed application, actual paint sample cards, and a photo of the home with desired colors superimposed on the house (free service from Dunn Edwards and Sherwin Williams, appointment required).

It is your responsibility to visually confirm that your chosen scheme is not the same as the home to either side of your property, as this is not permitted. Approval is not valid if your scheme is the same as the home to either side of your property.

Visit Dunn Edwards Site to see approved Power Ranch paint schemes.

Things you should know about painting your home:

1. If no garage door color is listed, the garage door should be painted the same color as the body.

2. Any stucco fence wall in public view must be painted the same color as the body of the house.

3. All of the schemes shown on the Dunn Edwards website are pre-approved. Please note your chosen scheme on the completed Modification Application, sign, and submit to the PRCA office or email to dmontana@ccmcnet.com. As soon as you have submitted your Modification Application, you may begin painting.

4. Pre-approved color schemes must be painted as shown in the description. Colors can not be switched or substituted to different areas of the house.

5. Custom schemes must have prior approval from the Design Review Committee. Please include manufacturer paint sample cards and a photo of your home with your chosen colors superimposed (a FREE service from Dunn Edwards, appointment necessary), along with your completed application. Unfortunately, we can not accept applications for custom schemes via email or fax.

6. Modification applications must be turned into the association office by the last Tuesday of the month. Design Review Committee meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month.

7. Residents with custom applications will be contacted with the DRC's decision by 5 p.m. on the day following the committee meeting. Residents who have selected a pre-approved color scheme will not be contacted.

Disclaimer: The colors provided on this website may not be the exact representation of the actual pigmentation. All colors viewed on a computer screen or in print will vary. When color matching is critical, please refer to actual color chips provided by the paint manufacturer.
