HOA Payment Options

Direct Debit  - To access the application form select the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab and toggle to community documents, then the direct debit application form. After being set up for this service, if your assessment should change the new amount will automatically be deducted from your account. There is no charge for this service.  

Electronic Checks - To use this service visit www.ccmcnet.com. Select the PAY ONLINE tab and follow the instructions to link to the Smartstreet processing service center. After being set up for this service, if your assessment should change it will be necessary to update the new payment information with Smartstreet. There is no charge for electronic check transactions.

 

Credit Card Payments - To use this service visit www.ccmcnet.com, select the PAY ONLINE tab and follow the instructions to link to the Smartstreet processing service center. If there are recurring electronic check payments with Smartstreet and your assessment changes, you are responsible for updating any payment information based on HOA changes. There is a $14.95 processing fee per credit card transaction.

 

Bill-Payment Service - If you are using a bill-payment service, please review your account number and remittance address. Many bill-payment services remit electronically, and the correct account number is essential for proper posting. Your account number is twelve digits with no dashes or spaces. If your assessment has changed, you must also update your bill payment processor.
