Knoll's Pools Covered Pavilions

The Knolls neighborhood offers additional pool amenities exclusive to its residents. The residents of this neighborhood pay additional assessments each quarter to maintain these amenities. There are pavilions located inside all three pools in the Knolls neighborhood which are available to reserve by Knolls residents only.

Pool Hours

Pools are open daily from 6AM to 10PM.

Rentals

The Pavilions within the Knolls Pool areas are available for rent by Knolls residents only. Each pavilion requires a $150 refundable deposit, due at the time of booking and $25 rental fee for the first four hours ($10 each additional hour). Max pavilion capacity is 25.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to prcainfo@ccmcnet.com and are subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee.  Any cancellations within 30 days of the event will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit in full.
