Make a Reservation Online

At this time the Power Ranch indoor amenities remain closed for bookings.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  If you are interested in having your name placed on a waiting list please email Amy Barrett or call the office.

The online booking feature is currently available for reserving any of the Power Ranch Ramada's, Pool Pavilions, Soccer and Softball fields.

Reservations at all Power Ranch Community facilities can be made online.  You must create an account or sign into your account to complete the reservation.

Resident-Only Facilities

Some facilities are available to rent by Power Ranch Community Residents Only. Soccer fields, Softball fields and the Barn are available to rent by residents and non-residents (fees apply).

Apartment Residents

Residents of the surrounding apartments may utilize the outdoor facilities that do not require an amenity card to access.  Apartment residents also have access to renting available non-resident facilities (fees apply).

Advance facility bookings are available to both residents and non-residents.  Please review the details specific to the facility you are interested. 

Rules & Regulations

Alcohol is permitted during events so long as they adhere to the Alcohol Usage Agreement. our Alcohol Please review the rules and regulations pertaining to your contracted facility for full details.

Rental Deposit

All rental facilities require a refundable security deposit.  Deposit fees may vary based on the facility, however all deposits are due at the time of booking. 

This deposit does not cover the expense of the hourly rental fee. 

The security deposit is refunded within 72 hours after the event.  Additional processing time may occur if the event falls over a holiday weekend. The deposit is refunded in full only if the event space is cleaned and returned to its original position, check in and check out was approved by Ground Services, and there was no damage.

Rental Payment

The homeowner is responsible for ensuring their renal fees are paid in full 30 - 60 days prior to the event.  If not paid in full at that time the reservation may be cancelled and/or incur late fees without notice.  Any cancelled reservations will reopen the facility for rebooking.

Payment can be made online with a credit or debit card (see info below), or with a check or cashier’s check in the association office during regular business hours.  The association office is located in the Carriage House at:

Paying Balance Online

To pay a rental balance online, log in to your account and click on facility rentals.  Once logged into your account you will see ’My Recent Rental/Permit History’.  From here you can click on your reservation and view the balance.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to Amy Barrett. Please include your permit number, date of event, and name of event.

A $25 cancellation fee is deducted from the security deposit when an event is canceled at anytime. If the event is canceled 30 days or less prior to the event, 10% of the rental fee is deducted in addition to the $25 cancellation fee.  (excluding the Barn) 

If your event is being held at The Barn you will be subject to the standard $25 cancellation fee and 10% of the rental fee if cancelled within 60 days of the contracted event date.

No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
