Make a Reservation Online

The Soccer fields, Softball fields and Rolling Party Trailer must be reserved by calling the office, however you may view the calendar of availability online.

Power Ranch facility reservations can be made online (excluding field and trailer reservations).  

You must create an account or sign into your account to reserve a facility.

Rates and amenity features may be viewed by clicking on the facility to the left in the orange box.

Soccer fields, Softball fields and the Barn are available to rent by non-residents.  Residents of the surrounding 3 Power Ranch apartments may utilize the outdoor facilities that do not require an amenity card to access.  Apartment residents also have access to reserving non-resident facilities.

Rules & Regulations

Prior to reserving a facility please review the facility rules and regulations as outlined below.  Alcohol is permitted during events so long as you adhere to the Alcohol Usage Agreement and provide required insurance and security as outlined in the rules and regulations below.

Rental Deposit

The refundable security deposit fees vary per facility, however all deposits are due at the time of booking and are in addition to the hourly rental fee. 

The security deposit is refunded within 72 hours after the event.  Additional processing time may occur if the event falls over a holiday weekend. The deposit is refunded in full only if the event space is cleaned and returned to its original position, check in and check out was approved by staff, and there was no damage/occurrences.  Early departure without check out by PRCA staff may result in a fine or forfeiture of your deposit.

Rental Payment

The contracted party is responsible for ensuring their rental fees are paid in full as required per their contract.  If not paid in full by the due date the reservation may be cancelled and incur late fees without notice.  Any cancelled reservations will reopen the facility for rebooking.

Payment can be made online with a credit or debit card (see info below), or with a check or cashier’s check in the Association office during regular business hours.

Paying Balance Online

To pay a rental balance online, log in to your account and you will see ’My Recent Rental/Permit History’.  From here you can click on your reservation and view the balance due.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to Amy Barrett. Please include your permit number, date of event, and name of event.

Cancellation fees vary based on the facility contracted and time frame of cancellation to event.  Please refer to your contract rules & regulations and permit terms and conditions for complete details.  

Change Fee

Any requested change to a reservation is subject to a fee.

No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
