Pay Your Assessments

Homeowners become members of the Power Ranch Community Association when they purchase a home within the community. If you purchase a home in either the Knolls or the Village, you also become a member of a special service area (SSA).

Association members are responsible for paying quarterly assessments to support community operations and reserve funds. Members of the Knolls and Village will pay an additional assessment.

Both your master association assessments and special service area assessments (SSAA) are due quarterly on:

  • January 1
  • April 1
  • July 1
  • October 1

Assessments received after the 15th of the month are subject to late fees.
