The Ranch House Conference Room is available to both residents and non-residents (fees apply). This newly converted space is ideal for small team gatherings, tutoring or study groups. The conference room is located within the Ranch House Flex Space/Community Room, however, it is fully enclosed, allowing for meeting privacy. PRCA Board and Committee meetings will take priority of space to any private rental requests.
Amenities
This room can accommodate 8 individuals at the main conference table and up to 4 individuals around the room walls. Audio Visual is available for an additional charge. This room houses two TV’s for presentations and HDMI hook-up.

Rental Rate
The Ranch House conference room requires a $75 refundable security deposit, due at the time of booking. Deposits are refunded in full barring any damages to the facility during the rental within 7 - 10 business days following the event.
Additionally, the facility rental rate is $25 per hour (2 hour minimum). Audio Visual equipment may be added to your contract with a $25 refundable equipment deposit and a $25 rental fee.
All balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date. If not paid in full your reservation is subject to cancellation and/or late fees without notice. This could result in a loss of space and rebooking by another guest.
Availability
The Ranch House Conference Room is available for rent Monday - Friday from 8AM - 10PM and Saturday - Sunday from 8AM - 11PM. Be sure to include set-up and clean-up time when booking your reservation.
The Ranch House Conference room may be reserved online.
To ensure staffing availability, we do not accept reservations within 7 days of the time of booking.
