Amenities

Founders Pavilion is located behind the Ranch House Pool between the Sunrise and Sunset Pavilions.  The Founders Pavilion is an octagon shaped covered patio.  There are no tables or chairs provided with this amenity.

Rental Rate

Founders Pavilion requires a $150 refundable security deposit, due at the time of booking.  The rental fee is $25 for the first four hours ($10 each additional hour). All balances are due in full 30 days prior to the event date. If not paid in full 30 days prior to event date your reservation is subject to cancellation and/or late fees without notice.  Cancellation of your event may result in rebooking and loss of space.

Founders Pavilion may be booked in conjunction with the Sunrise and Sunset Pavilions in a group rate.

No refunds for inclement weather.  

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to prcainfo@ccmcnet.com. A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If the event is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the event, an additional 10% of the total rental fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
