Location

The Sunset Pavilion is located on the west side of the Founders Pavilion, closest to the Ranch House playground and directly behind the Ranch House Pool. The property’s address is:

Amenities

This 70 feet by 28 feet, solar-panel-topped pavilion is located behind the Ranch House Pool Pavilion to the west of the Founders Pavilion.  It is the closest to the Ranch House Playground.  This large pavilion is the perfect place for hosting informal celebrations for friends and family. 

This covered area has six picnic tables, two garbage cans and two mini charcoal barbecue grills. Electricity is available at this pavilion. Restrooms are located on the North side of the Ranch House or you can access the Ranch House Pool restrooms with your amenity card.

The misting system (seasonal) may be added to your rental for an additional charge.

Rental Rate

This space requires a $150 refundable security deposit, due at the time of booking; and a $75 rental fee for the first four hours ($25 each additional hour). All balances are due in full 30 days prior to the event date. If not paid in full 30 days prior to event date your reservation is subject to cancellation and/or late fees without notice. Cancellation of your event may result in rebooking and loss of space.

No refunds for inclement weather. 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to prcainfo@ccmcnet.com. A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the security deposit if cancelled more than 30 days before event. Any cancellations within 30 days of the event will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit in full.
