The Rolling Party Trailer is located in the Carriage House Parking Lot. This amenity is only available by Power Ranch residents.
The trailer may be towed to your property within the Power Ranch Community or you can simply remove the items you want for your party.
The Rolling Party Trailer requires a $100 refundable deposit. There is no "rental fee". Each rental is for a maximum 24 hours.
You are not required to tow the trailer, you can take only the items you need out of the trailer.
If trailering the Party Trailer a copy of the driver’s auto insurance must be provided to the association office 30 days prior to rental check out or at the time of booking. The contracted party (resident) is required to pick-up the trailer and return it to the designated parking space at the designated check-in time. The trailer can not leave the Power Ranch Community. A 2 inch ball hitch is required for the trailer.
If you are removing items only please meet the Grounds Services staff at the Rolling Party Trailer at the time of check-out.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If the event is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the event, an additional 10% of the total rental fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
The Rolling Party Trailer may be reserved online.
