The Rolling Party Trailer is located in the Carriage House Parking Lot. This amenity is only available by Power Ranch residents and is rented for a maximum 24 hour period.
The trailer may be towed to your property within the Power Ranch Community or you can simply remove the items you want for your party.

The Rolling Party Trailer requires a $150 refundable deposit and a $25 cleaning fee. The Rolling Party Trailer may be rented for a maximum of 24 hours per permit.
Terms of Renting
You are not required to tow the trailer, you can take only the items you need out of the trailer.
If trailering the Party Trailer a copy of the driver’s auto insurance must be provided to the association office no less than 30 days prior to rental check out or at the time of booking. The contracted party is required to pick-up the trailer and return it to the designated parking space at the designated check-in time. The trailer can not leave the Power Ranch Community. The contracted party is responsible for providing a 2 inch ball when trailering the Rolling Party Trailer.
If you are removing items only please meet the Grounds Services staff at the Rolling Party Trailer in the Carriage House parking lot at the time of check-out.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the PRCA office. A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the event the security deposit will be forfeited.
The Rolling Party Trailer may be reserved online.
To ensure staffing availability, we do not accept reservations within 7 days of the time of booking.
