The Cyprus Knolls Pool are includes a spa, patio, furniture, tables and chairs, garbage cans and a charcoal BBQ. there is no electricity. A pool key is required to access the pool restrooms.
All residents and their guests must follow the Power Ranch Pool Rules at all times. Swimmers assume persona risk for themselves and their guests. No lifeguard on duty. children 13 and under must be supervised by a responsible adult 18 years of age or older. Pool entrance gates are to be closed at all times ad are not to be propped open under any circumstances.
