Higley High School is recognized as a top school in Arizona, making the U.S. News and World Report list for four consecutive years (2018, 2017, 2016, 2015).
National Merit
In 2017, Higley High recognized nine students as National Merit Commended Scholars and one student as a National Merit Semi-Finalist.
Curriculum
Higley High School’s curriculum is designed to challenge all students and prepare them for college and careers after high school. This includes a full range of advanced placement (AP), honors, and dual enrollment courses, along with career and technical education.
Diplomas & Degrees
Students can earn college credit, or even an associate’s degree, while they complete their high school diploma.
In addition, students may choose to obtain a Science Technology Engineering and Math - Accelerated Honors Engineering Diploma (STEM-AHED) with advanced courses in engineering, math, and science.
Extracurricular Activities
Higley High encourages every student to participate in extra-curricular activities and offers a multitude of opportunities in the arts, sports, student council, or many campus clubs.
