Committees
As a homeowner, you have the opportunity to serve on one of the many Committees here at Power Ranch. Each of the below Committees play a vital role in the continued success of Power Ranch. Participation in one or more of these Committees is a great way to be involved while serving your community.
Please review the Committee Charters and if interested in volunteering for one or more of the following Committees please submit an application and working agreement.

Budget & Finance Committee
This Committee has been established by the Board to provide recommendations consistent with sound business practices and transparency regarding Association budget and finance matters to the Board of Directors.

Design Review Committee
The Design Review Committee maintains uniformity of architectural and landscaping standards throughout Power Ranch.

Facilities Committee
The Facilities Committee is tasked to evaluate Power Ranch facilities and make an overall plan to encompass the feasibility for existing physical plant improvements as well as consider future plans based on resident recommendations.

Knolls Committee
The purpose of the Knolls Committee is to gather opinions from and provide education to the Knolls residents and to be a conduit of information both to and from the Power Ranch Community Association Board of Directors.

Landscape Committee
The Landscaping Committee acts as a liaison to Association community members regarding the current state of Association and City Common Ground areas, and to communicate concerns and actionable items to the Association Maintenance Coordinator in a timely manner.

Village Committee
The purpose of the Villages Ad Hoc Committee is to gather opinions from and provide education to the Village residents and to be a conduit of information both to and from the Power Ranch Community Association Board of Directors.
