This Committee has been established by the Board of Directors to act as a liaison to residents regarding the current state of association and city common areas. The committee is responsible for communicating concerns and actionable items to the Association Maintenance Coordinator in a timely manner.
The Committee will also provide recommendations regarding the Request for Proposal (RFP) process as it relates to landscaping contractors, and communicate feedback regarding the current contractor to the Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
The Committee will determine which products best suit the Power Ranch Community and how to phase in the improvements as it relates to funding.
The Committee may utilize surveys to gather input from residents of the community and make a final recommendation to the Board of Directors.
