The Facilities Committee is tasked to evaluate Power Ranch facilities and make an overall plan to encompass the feasibility for existing physical plant improvements such as the forthcoming Barn renovation, as well as consider future plans based on resident recommendations.
The Committee will seek resident input via such methods as surveys, focus groups and town hall meetings in rendering their recommendation plan for presentation to the Board of Directors on such improvements.
